The contract applies to all employees in the bargaining unit (as defined in Appendix A of this document), but only RRSEU members have the full support of legal experts and state-level Union staff.

Sick Leave Bank
RRSEU runs a Sick Leave Bank to be used in catastrophic situations when normal Sick Leave and FMLA leave have been exhausted. To become a member of the Sick Leave Bank, employees must donate one of their Personal Leave days for the year, using this form.
Exec. Board Nomination
