Negotiated Agreement

The contract applies to all employees in the bargaining unit (as defined in Appendix A of this document), but only RRSEU members have the full support of legal experts and state-level Union staff.

If you feel your contract has been violated, you may choose to file a grievance. Please contact Gino Satriana (505-264-2130) for more information.

Sick Leave Bank

RRSEU runs a Sick Leave Bank to be used in catastrophic situations when normal Sick Leave and FMLA leave have been exhausted. To become a member of the Sick Leave Bank, employees must donate one of their Personal Leave days for the year, using the form below.
