Negotiated Agreement

The contract applies to all employees in the bargaining unit (as defined in Appendix A of this document), but only RRSEU members have the full support of legal experts and state-level Union staff.

UNM Teacher Residency Program

RRSEU and the UNM College of Education are working together to help spread the word about the Teacher Residency Program.

•RESIDENCY APPLICATIONS are being accepted from October 17, 2022-February 15, 2023, or until all district residency requests are filled. Check out the flyer, and let us know if you have any questions.

Sick Leave Bank

RRSEU runs a Sick Leave Bank to be used in catastrophic situations when normal Sick Leave and FMLA leave have been exhausted. To become a member of the Sick Leave Bank, employees must donate one of their Personal Leave days for the year, using the form below.
